Employee Matching Gift Plan

The Deluxe Corporation Foundation matches employee, retiree and corporate director donations to qualifying organizations. Donations up to $2,500 are matched 1:1, with the first $500 being matched 2:1. Qualifying organizations include:

• Accredited primary and secondary schools
• Accredited colleges, universities, junior colleges and vocational-technical institutes
• Public television and radio stations
• Professional theater, music and dance companies
• Museums and historical societies

The Employee Matching Gift Plan process:

1. Qualifying participants complete Part One of the application and send it — along with their personal donation — to the organization.
2. The receiving organization completes Part Two of the application and sends it to the Deluxe Corporation Foundation.
3. The Foundation office processes matching gifts 1 - 2 times each quarter. Checks are issued on behalf of qualifying gifts, and participants receive a summary report after each quarter that they participate.
